Terms & Conditions:

The Competition is limited to amateur golfers who are active members of a recognised Golf Club. If your handicap is held outside of England or Wales, you should bring proof of your Handicap with you please.

The Club reserves the right to refuse entry without providing a reason.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is required on booking. If your booking is later cancelled a refund will only be given if your cancelled time is booked and paid for by another player/s. Refunds will only be given 7 days prior to the competition.

The Club have right to amend, at any time, the conditions of play.

Course Closure:

If an open competition fails to go ahead due to course closure (eg. From bad weather), you will receive a full refund of the entry fee paid, or your entry will be transferred to another competition subject to availability. If a course closure occurs during an 18-hole competition, providing more than half of the field have completed the round, the result will stand.

In this case the remaining players would receive a full or partial refund dependent on the circumstances. If less than half the field had completed the round before the closure, the competition would be abandoned and either rearranged or refund would be provided.

Results:

The results will be communicated to all players asap and once the results have been confirmed be the Club.
