As part of your 12 month membership you will definately want to meet the Personal Training Team. With a range of different trainers here in the gym, you will be sure to achieve your goals and keep progressing under the guidence of our experienced team.

Complimentary 45 Minute Personal Training Session
A great introduction to personal training! The workout will be specific to you and your goals. You can see what it is like having a personal trainer by your side every step of the way as you reach for your goals together. From here, you will be sure to see value in personal training and you can speak with your trainer about options moving forward.
Gym Review Session
On this session we will talk about how you have been getting on since your personal training session. Tell us what you have been enjoying, and what not so much. Importantly, tell us if youre making progress and if you have seen any positive results. The PTs want to help you achieve your goals during your membership with us.
Personal Training
With opportunities for workouts early in the morning to late in the evening there is plenty time to get your sessions in.
Personal Training is personal to you. It is done on your terms and whilst you listen to our advice - you decide. Personal Training affordable because you choose when to have sessions whether its 3 per week or once per month.
We will work with you to achieve your goals and with various packages available there are lots of different options to suit your style.
