We have a full programme of swimming lessons for pre-schoolers, children and adults, from absolute beginners to more advanced. Star Swimming Academy have developed a unique and fun style of learning and empowers people to be confident in and out of the water. There are also Adult Development Clinics and Advanced Fitness Swims for members.

Personal Training
As a member, you receive a complimentary personal training session. You will get out onto the gym floor where the PT will put you through a workout based on your needs.

Sports Massage
Sports massage therapy is commonly used to help with aches, pains and stiffness in the back or limbs, muscle tension, tightness, knots or fatigue. It can also aid recovery from exercise, help with injury prevention, increase body mobility, flexibility and movement.

Group Exercise
Set across three studios and our swimming pool, our timetable has a range of classes to suit all ages and abilities. Our comprehensive timetable with over 65 classes per week is bookable online and upto 14 days in advance. From Total Tone and Spin, to Yoga, Pilates, Running and Cycling group.
We have beginner classes to advanced.

Our welcoming Swimming Pool is just what you need to ease the stresses away or work up a sweat. Our Himalayan Salt Aroma-Steam Room, Aroma-Sauna and the Jacuzzi compliment our lovely surroundings to ensure you get the most from your visit.
